It’s so easy to make your own Massage oil Blend. I though I will share one with you that I call the Swedish Blend. It’s relaxing, yet a happy and joyful blend.

My preferred Massage Oil / Body Oil is Jojoba as it’s so incredible good for the skin, but you can also use Almond Oil.

I add 3 drops of Cardamom Essential Oil and 3 drops of Orange Essential Oil in 100grams of Carrier Oil (Jojoba or Almond Oil).

 
Jojoba Oil regulates sebum production because it’s so similar to the sebum that your body produces naturally. When you put Jojoba on your skin, your skin is soothed and moisturized. … This keeps skin from looking oily and helps prevent acne caused by clogged pores.
 
I even put Jojoba oil on why face. It may seem counterintuitive to smear oil on your face, especially if you’re prone to breakouts, but Jojoba might actually make greasy skin better.  Jojoba is a great moisturiser for your skin all day long and it’s ideal for dry faces, too. 
Jojoba soothes skin as it has anti-inflammatory properties and can reduce redness caused by drying, ease the effects of rosacea and eczema. The vitamin E and B-complex vitamins in Jojoba help in skin repair and damage control.
 
Cardamom Essential Oil is uplifting, refreshing and invigorating and has numerous amazing properties, Orange essential oil brings peace and happiness to the mind and body and joy to the heart. Both these oils are Culinary oils as well. Keep in mind that Orange is a Photosensitive oil so don’t apply the oil to the skin and then go out in the sun. This can create discolouring of the skin. Make sure you read the instructions on the oils.
